Your personal data are processed by us in the capacity of “Data Controller” as per the Constitution of the Republic of Turkiye, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, and the provisions of the related legislation within the framework outlined below. In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, your personal data may be processed by Infitek Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., resident at the address “Çamlıca Mah. Anadolu Bulvarı, Timko Sok. 20-I/4, 06200 Yenimahalle – Ankara, Turkiye,” in the capacity of “Data Controller,” with maximum sensitivity to ensure confidentiality and security within the purpose and framework explained below and in accordance with the legislation.
SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
As part of the service provided, INFITEK may obtain and transfer personal information regarding you, the service recipients, within the scope of this “Privacy Policy.” Such information transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions determined by third parties, existing contracts with third parties, and current legal legislation in force. This “Privacy Policy” does not reflect the privacy practices of third parties to whom information is transferred, and Infitek is not responsible for their privacy policies or practices. This “Privacy Policy” does not cover applications outside INFITEK’s own control, information collected by third-party websites and platforms, information collected by third parties via links on the INFITEK website, or banners, campaigns, and other advertisements or promotions on third-party websites sponsored and/or participated in by INFITEK. INFITEK is not responsible for the processes regarding personal data collected, stored, and used by third parties through their own websites.
WHICH PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED
Certain personal information of yours is collected by INFITEK within the scope of the Services provided on the Website. This personal information may include: name-surname, contact information, information directly related to your order, information regarding your use of the site and purchase of Products or services, nationality, passport or T.R. As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights in writing to INFITEK, INFITEK will finalize the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, personal data subjects have the right to; (i) Learn whether personal data are processed, (ii) Request information if personal data have been processed, (iii) Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (iv) Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, (v) Request correction of personal data if they are processed incompletely or incorrectly and request notification of the transaction made in this context to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, (vi) Request deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring processing cease to exist despite being processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legal provisions, and request notification of the transaction made in this context to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, (vii) Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and (viii) Request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Additionally, if an e-mail address has been previously notified to us by you and registered in the INFITEK system, you can also send the application form to info@infitek.com.tr using this registered electronic mail address.
In your request, the right/request you wish to use must be clearly stated along with your identity information, and necessary explanations must be made by adding all information and documents subject to your request.
Requests submitted to us that meet the necessary qualifications will be finalized within 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of the request, and the result will be notified to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the feedback method you selected in your request.
Apart from this, if you do not wish to receive any commercial electronic communications regarding the Service offered by INFITEK, you can exercise your right of refusal free of charge with a notification to be made to info@infitek.com.tr.
RETENTION PERIOD OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA BY INFITEK
Unless longer periods are envisaged in the legislation, your personal data are preserved for a maximum period of 10 (ten) years pursuant to Article 182 of the Turkish Commercial Code and Article 146 of the Turkish Code of Obligations. Camera records are kept for a maximum of 2 years.
QUESTIONS OR SUGGESTIONS REGARDING INFORMATION UPDATING
You can update your personal information yourself through our website. If you wish, you can also change it via our Customer Services. In order for the necessary information to be changed by our Customer Services, you must successfully pass the security check and verify your identity information.
